This year’s Black Male Challenge celebrates the lasting impact of Black innovators while emphasizing the importance of preserving our legacy. “Our History Can’t Be Erased” is a call to honor our past, showcase our contributions, and inspire the next generation of Black leaders.

The event will highlight the achievements of Black pioneers and visionaries, encouraging young Black males to see their potential as creators, innovators, and catalysts for change. Through interactive workshops and discussions on entrepreneurship, leadership, mental health, and identity, participants will gain the tools to challenge limitations, seize opportunities, and lead with purpose.
